Jim brings 25 years of culinary experience with a passion and unique skill set for The Smoking Boar’s modern BBQ concept. Jim’s range of culinary expertise ranges from new American, Italian, BBQ and he has owned, operated and worked with many industry leaders. Jim’s experience and passion for smoking and staying at the forefront of modern cooking techniques and cuisine allows The Smoking Boar to take Oklahoman’s on a superb culinary journey.

Jason houses over 20 years of restaurant experience with a passion for locally driven concepts. Jason’s true passion of smoking and barbeque led him to develop his new hospitality company, Innovative Culinary Minds or ICM Concepts, with the development of his first location in OKC – The Smoking Boar. Driven by an insatiable desire to deliver a spin on traditional comfort food with the partnership of Jim Camp, Director of Culinary, and Former Head Chef of Cheever’s Cafe, Boo He Newman, help give birth the idea of a modern-day smokehouse.

Roee Hoffman has been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years in the DFW area. He has worked in corporate restaurants as well as chef-inspired concepts with a passion for extreme hospitality. Most recently he contributed to Press Cafe restaurant in Fort Worth, which was recognized as one of the best restaurants in DFW. Now residing in OKC, he is ready to share his experience in service to ensure all guests of The Smoking Boar receive a warm welcome.
